"the Region's Page"

In the New York State Region Page, choose a regional topic from the topics table.

The buttons in the Topics Table change when the mouse pointer passes over them,

like this:

When this happens, you can click on that 'topic button' and that topic will come up.
Then choose the link you want. That's pretty easy isn't it?
